Summer Melee at Rum Village is a PDGA C-Tier singles event. Two rounds of 24 holes at Rum Village DGC in South Bend, IN.

We will be using PDGA Live scoring for this event.
Each group will also have a paper scorecard as a backup to the digital application.

Players pack will included one tournament stamped Discraft disc. Options will be:

At least one Ctp's or longest putt for every division during the first round.

Pro Divisions - Cash payout. Trophy for top 3 finishers.
Amateur Divisions - Merchandise payout day of onsite in accordance with PDGA guidelines by Fly High Disc Supply. Trophies for Top 3 finishers in each division.

Spots will be moved around as we get closer to the event. If your division is filled up get on the wait list, there is a good possibility that a spot will open up. Division spots will be moved and opened at the TD's discretion.
Don't see your division? Email us to get it added-Must be at least 3 players to have the division. If there are not at least the minimal number of players you will have the option in playing in another competing division.
Players are expected to be on their assigned tee for the start of the second round 60 minutes after the completion of the first round.
No cashless registration. No walk-ups.
Refund policy:
St. Joseph Valley DGC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw prior to June 25th, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw between June 26th and July 2nd, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if there spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between July 3rd and July 7th, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after July 7th, 2023 forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. Rounds and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.

I see hole 24 is a par 4 when it's normally a par 3, is that correct? Thanks
