2022 SDGA Membership Tournament Powered by Dynamic Discs
About this tournament
Welcome to the SDGA 2022 Membership Tournament! We are so thankful to see another year with all of you. A lot of things have changed this year as we see disc golf continue to grow in the coastal area. This years membership tournament will change a little bit, format-wise. Check-in for both days will be at the gazebo on 18.
Saturday, we will have our round to distribute the new tags for the 2023 season. One round, 18 holes from the red tee pads. Please bring last years tag so we can notate your ending position for 2022 season. The goal will be to have CTPs for every hole again this year. So, please reach out if you would like to donate! We will be doing flex start this year to accommodate for all of the new members, 200+. Each card will need at least three people with two forms of notation, electronic or paper. Please arrive 20 minutes before your tee time.
Sunday, we will do our doubles round, 18 holes from the blue tee pads. Teams will be determined by Saturdays round/positions. If you are unable to attend Saturday's tournament, your position will be determined by your 2022 tag number. The 1 tag will play with the lowest tag, the 2 tag will play with the 2nd lowest tag, so on and so forth.
We will also be re-banding the baskets this year to raise money for the Savannah Open. We will be re-banding all 18 baskets, plus the practice basket. Thanks!
Ace Run is optional, but if no one hits the Ace on Saturday, we will do a throw off Sunday morning before the doubles round starts!
CTP is also optional. We want to have CTPs for every hole. If you would like to donate, we reach out to me and let me know. We will do 5 cash CTPs and 13 merch CTPs.
The payout covers your tag for next year and one SDGA 2023 disc from Dynamic Discs. (Working on getting these now!).

Savannah Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Please reach out to the Tournament Director or SDGA Board when requesting a refund.
