About this tournament

This is the first ever disc golf event hosted at the SAI Farm DGC! The goal of this event is to reintroduce the updated course, and to raise money for future improvements. We want this event to be casual and fun!

FORMAT:
The event will follow a flex format where players can play as many 18 hole rounds as they want and the best round will be counted. There are four divisions: red, white, blue, and a women's. Each division will play from the tee with the corresponding color of teepad (women's division will play from the red tees). Tee times start at 9 AM each day and go every 15 minutes until 5:30 PM. Players may play solo rounds but it is recommended to play in a group. All PDGA rules are in effect.

SCORING:
All scoring will be done on udisc. This event is technically classified as a "league" and can be found here:

PRICE:
Players must pay $10 for each round that they pay. Payment must be made when checking in before each round. Accepted forms of payment include cash, venmo, and paypal. Check-in will be done at the pavilion up hill from the parking lot.

PAYOUTS:
Half of the registration fee will go directly towards the payouts with the same distribution as PDGA events. All payouts will be done via paypal.

RAFFLE PRIZES:
With each round that players participate in, they will also get a raffle ticket for additional prizes. Extra tickets will be available to purchase the days of the event (1 ticket for $5 and 3 for $10). Raffle prizes will be drawn after the event. 8 winners (1 per prize) will be selected, and each winner will be able to pick their desired prize in order that they were selected. Players are eligible to win more than one prize if they have more than 1 ticket.

REGISTRATION:
To keep prices down for players, registration will not be done on discgolfscene.com (gets rid of convenience fees). Players can sign up for tee times by filling out the following google form:

The google sheet will be updated daily. If you would like to change or cancel your tee time, send an email to [email redacted]. Players are not required to sign up for tee times, but doing so will get players an additional raffle ticket and those who signed up ahead of time will take priority over those who come to play the day of.
