BASICS -
2 rounds of 21 holes / 1 day
Both Rounds are Meadows + Big 3(Hills 15,16,17).
Payout Only/No Players Pack
Shotgun start
All players play the same course twice.

HQ - Highlands pavilion near Hole 8 on Meadows course.
8:00 – 8:50am check in.
8:50 - 9:00am Players Meeting.
9:20 - Tee Off Round 1.
Round 2 will start 1 hour after the last card has been submitted.

Division caps are set / overall and pool caps supersede those caps
Caps will be lifted as we near the event. I will give ample notice.
Spots not filled will be populated with players from other divs.
Pools will be adjusted.

COURSE RULES-
Rumble in the Jungle at Jack Brooks Meadows + Big 3 COURSE RULES-

GENERAL-
Incase of rain players will be able to tee off to the side of the Tee Pad.
No 2 meter rule
All roads/concrete/parking lots etc. and beyond are OB
Tennis court (inside fence or any concrete associated) is OB

HOLE SPECIFIC-
Holes 10 thru 12- water in ditch (right) and beyond is OB.
Hole H16 - Water is OB
Hole H17- Any water OB tee shots must play from DZ or re-tee. Any subsequent OB throws can be played from last spot in-bounds. DZ is for pond OB's only. Any street OBs play from last spot in-bounds (or re-throw from previous lie). Players may play from drop zone initially by incurring a 2 stroke penalty.(Throwing 3 to start).
Hole 13 water in ditch (right) and beyond is OB
Holes 14 and 15-water in ditch (left) and beyond is OB
Holes 16 and 17- water in ditch (right) and beyond is OB
Hole 18- any water in ditch (if present) is casual. Bridge is declared stacked playing surface (lies under the bridge must play from under the bridge, and lies on the bridge must play from on the bridge)

All 1st place ties will be settled by playoff, a loop of hole 8,5,6,7 in that order

$2 PDGA fee
$2 Parks/admin fee
$2 to GHDGC
Division caps with be lifted after 48 hours.
NO PLAYERS PACKS.
ALL OTHER $$ FROM ENTRY GOES TO PERFORMANCE BASED PAYOUT IN ALL DIVS (except JRs/MA4/FA4- all Jrs/MA4/FA4 get entry fee back in merch)

This will be a rain or shine event.

WAITLIST - I do not know the chances of a player getting in from the waitlist.

1st round cards will be assigned at random, generated by the PDGA tournament manager software.


By registering for this event- I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND COMPREHEND THE "ABOUT" SECTION, THE REFUND POLICY AND ALL OTHER ASSOCIATED INFO.

Any player who asks a question clearly covered in THE ABOUT SECTION leaves themselves likely to chain out an ace, have a terrible rollaway and it’s likely this player will receive the wrong order at Whataburger on the way home from the event.

GDG refund policy- $5 processing fee
Refunds should be requested through the confirmation email.

GDG will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email or thru DGS more than 72hrs before the start of event check-in.

GDG will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 24hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.

ALL drops within 24 hours of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
No shows forfeit entry fees.
