About this tournament
Join us for Ruby Run II! A 1 round, flex-start, PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier on the Red course at Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort.
1 round on the Red Course.
Choose your tee time.
Payouts to all divisions, Player Packs for amateurs, Ace Pot, CTP's, and a raffle.

ENTRY FEES:
*As a PDGA C-Tier, there is an additional $15 fee for players who do not have a current and active PDGA membership.

LAYOUTS:
All divisions will be playing 1 round on the Red course, 18-hole Red Layout.

DIVISIONS:
A wide range of pro and amateur divisions will be offered for this event including mixed, female, and age-based options. Following the first 2 weeks of general registration, some divisions may be cut if no players have signed up. If you play in an often under-represented division, sign up early and gather other competitors to join you!
If you are on the WAITLIST and a spot opens up, you will be notified by email and will have 72 hours to make payment and complete your registration. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, your spot will be forfeited and the spot will be offered to the next player in line on the waitlist.

TEE TIMES:
Flex start; players will choose a card/tee time. Cards of up to 4 players can include players competing in a mix of divisions, all cards must have a minimum of 3 players.
If cards do not have 3 players, card adjustments will be made the day prior to the event so double check tee times Sunday morning.

PLAYER CHECK-IN:
Players are required to check-in at the Pro Shop at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time to get the PDGA Live Scoring passcode.
Additionally, players are required to be at the starting hole at least 5 minutes before your scheduled tee-time.

LIVE SCORING:
Scoring will be handled using PDGA Live Scoring at pdga.com/score. The passcode will be provided during check-in.
PDGA RULE: ALL PLAYERS MUST KEEP SCORE VIA PDGA LIVE SCORING OR A PAPER SCORECARD FOR EVERYONE ON THEIR CARD AND TURNED IN WITHIN 30 MIN OF FINISHING YOUR ROUND.

PAYOUTS & TROPHIES:
PROS - Cash payouts to the top 45% of each division via PayPal.
AMS - Scrip/pro shop credit to the top 50% of each division.
If there is a tie for 1st place in a division and both players are present, a sudden death playoff will be held on the Red Course on holes 1-4, 14-18. If both players are not present for the playoff, payouts will be split evenly between those who tied.
Trophies will be awarded to the 1st place winner in each division. If there is a tie for 1st place and a playoff is not completed, we will make efforts to coordinate who gets it between the players.

ACE POT:
This event is part of our rolling tournament Ace Pot which grows with each event held until hit, or it reaches the cap of $1,000, at which point a backup ace pot is started. If an Ace is not hit during this event, all Ace Pot funds will continue to roll over into the rolling tournament ace pot or the backup ace pot.

GOLF CARTS:
Golf carts will not be available to players during tournament rounds, though they will be available for rent to spectators or for rounds following tournament rounds.

FOOD & DRINK:
Outside alcohol and food are prohibited on the property. Aces BBQ & Grill will be open for lunch, plus the Pro Shop has a variety of snacks and drinks including non-alcoholic and alcoholic options.

Refund policy
Disc Golf Resort LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refund requests must be made through discgolfscene.com.
The PDGA's Competition Manual Policy for Withdrawals & Refunds (1.03) will be followed. See below for a quick reference.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash monetary refund minus the discgolfscene.com processing fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% monetary refund.
