About this tournament
This will be a 1 day event with 2 rounds of shotgun start. All Amateur divisions will play from short boxes only. FPO, MP50 will play both rounds from short boxes as well. MPO and MA1 will play 1 round from shorts and 1 round from longs.
Ace Pot will be CTP'd after the final round if NOT hit, with top 3 winners getting cash.

Refund policy
Roy G DGC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
*If you need to cancel for any reason, the request MUST be made through DiscGolfScene in the email you receive at registration. Cancellations more than 5 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 5 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact TD properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees.
Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to quit due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so TD can better serve you.
