Rocky Mountain Championships returns to Sward's Ranch in 2025
Swards Ranch is the definitive test of the Mountain Disc Golf Player.
Located just outside of Ennis, Montana, Sward's Ranch sits on a bench overlooking Madison River Valley. It offers views of the Tobacco Root Mountain range to the West and the Madison Mountain Range to the East and South.
Recreational amenities surround the ranch including:
- Soaking at Norris Hot Springs
- Soaking at Potosi Hot Springs
- Floating the Madison River.
- Hanging out and swimming on Ennis Lake
- Hiking in all directions
- Fishing on the Madison River
- Camping in every direction
Lastly, you can hang out in the small town of Ennis with all of its SW Montana history or head to Bozeman (1 hour away) for all of your cosmopolitan needs.
This is a 2 day event playing one round per day with tee times.
Pros will play:

Refund policy
Headwaters Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.
As a note, all refunds will be charged a $10 handling fee as outlined in the PDGA refund guidelines at a minimum
