EARLY CHECK-IN at the Nashville Disc Golf Store on Saturday, Dec 10th. If you check-in early you do NOT have to check-in day of. Please be at your tee at 8:20 ready to throw.
CHECK IN 7:00-8:00
Must be 3 or more players per Division to get a Trophy, except Women.
Pre-registration only.
Registration closes Dec.10th at 6 PM central time.
No refunds after this time except Wait-list or COVID-19 related withdrawls.
Green Tees: No Mandos on the course.

Purple Tees: Holes 1, 13 and 18 are Purple only Tees, the rest of the Holes share Tees. No Mandos on the course.

Tees are subject to change between rounds due to weather conditions and water release from the dam.
Player may also tee off to the sides of the teepad where flags are marked, as well as behind the teepad (within 3 feet of the back of the pad, if a designated pad exists).
Am Player Packs:
You will be able to choose your Player Pack disc from the designated bins.
You will also choose either a Bogey Bag or Birdie Bag.
AM Payout will be sent out the day after the tournament in the form of NDGS Gift Certificates, and will be good for one year from the tournament date.
PRO Payout will be sent out via PayPal/Venmo the day after the tournament.

100% Refund - 30 days before the start of the event.
50% Refund or Player's Pack - 15-29 days before the start of the event unless replaced from the waitlist, 100% if replaced.
25% Refund or Player's Pack - 14 or less days before the start of the event unless replaced from the waitlist, 100% if replaced.
No refunds for no shows and players not replaced from the waitlist.
Nashville Disc Golf Store is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
