Sorry for my brusque response earlier. I'm not sure if Nick will follow suit, but the Rockburn Dubs league did provide for relief during all rounds that were wet. Player safety is paramount, of course.

This was from the caddy guide of the tournament last year, so I would imagine that it would be very similar. -OB and Mandos Generally, OB will consist of all paths and beyond, unless a path crosses through the fairway. This “path and beyond” OB will not be marked with string or flags. -Two holes (15,16) will consist of meadows that are OB and will be marked. -The short signpost signaling a mandatory IS NOT the mandatory itself. The Mandatory will be the tree directly behind the signpost. If in doubt, there will be a dropzone for every mandatory near to the mandatory tree.

I tried to answer your questions based on last year's rules and the way that dubs is played.  Nick has final say. Hole 4: No OB Hole 6: Path left OB both rounds, path that crosses fairway OB when playing to Red but not White Hole 9: No OB Hole 10: No OB Hole 11: Path and beyond OB - touching any grass along the OB "line" is in bounds Hole 12: Path to the right and beyond is OB, path that crosses fairway -may- be OB when playing to Red but not White (this was not OB in last year's tournament, but it is OB in dubs) Hole 14: Path long and beyond OB Hole 15: Probably won't be any marking, but disc must be completely inside the field to be OB. Path left and beyond is OB. Hole 16: Path left and beyond OB. Path crossing fairway OB when playing to Red but not White Things you missed: Hole 1: Path left and beyond OB Hole 2: Path right and beyond OB Hole 3: Path long past white basket OB, Mando along the right side - must go left of it Hole 4: Mando protecting #6 teepad - must go right of it Hole 5: Path long past white basket OB (this wasn't OB last year, not sure how it will be played) Hole 10: Mando along the right side - must go left of it Hole 11: Mando along left side - must go right of it Hole 12: Mando near white building - must go right of it Hole 15: Theres's a new mando on this hole, your disc must go left of the power pole in the fairway. Hole 16: The woods beyond the flower field are in bounds, only the field itself is OB to the right. Hole 17: There's no longer a mando on this hole, you can now throw to the right of the cedars. Hey Sam, The above comments are generally correct and safe to practice with. There's a few minor tweaks I'm considering, but haven't finalized yet. Any changes will be in a final Caddy Guide released ~2 weeks before the event.
