When i registered for ma40 It said i was playing golf course on sat an disc golf course on sunday same as brandon ma2. B pool also said whites both rounds on sunday for ma40 B pool I dont like throwing from blues since I cant throw over 300' unless I grip lock it its just not as fun takes birdies an par out of the pic just played the luau in buffalo lost play off do to playing a 420 ft hole which I could only throw 290. And the 39 yr old could threw 408. I just wanted to give him the win seeing that he would get to the basket an what happened to tee assignments there were there at 7:00 am but i just checked an they are missing

Tony, I see that MA40 has been moved from Pool B to Pool A. Pool B was advertised as "All amateur divisions except MA1"... I rearranged my schedule accordingly and played practice rounds from the white tee pads as they were those indicated in the advertisement for the tournament. If MA40 is now in Pool A then I will have to change divisions because I have other obligations which were planned based on the tournament information that was advertised for more than 4 months.

I agree with Mike (post was deleted) that reimagining hole 12 might help with the consistent backups regularly experienced. A few ideas have been floating around on how to make this amazing course flow even better. One such idea was to have a drop zone for those that have trouble off the tee (if the tee shot does not make it to the designated safe area then they go to the drop zone). Another idea is to clean up the lines after the fairway bends to the right (make it more of a test of skill versus a poke and hope type shot). And, moving the red and white tee pads about 75-100 feet closer to the bend in the fairway may make sense too (with the blue tee set as a par 5 and white being a par 4 but only 111 feet shorter, seems like a much more difficult task to make par from white than blue). Another idea discussed is to make hole 11 a little more difficult in order to slow the speed of cards arriving to hole 12. These are just a few of the ideas I have heard and hopefully we can come up with some strategy to address this concern.
