I'm proud to present the Riverton Open Classic. This will be a PDGA B-Tier event with at least $1000 added cash to the Pro purse. 144 players for this 2 day event utilizing the Riverton disc golf course as well as a temporary 18 hole disc golf course on the grounds of the nine-hole Riverton golf course. Thanks to the GRDGC who are letting us use their 18 portable Ranger baskets for the temporary course. The temporary course will be set up and available to practice on Friday October 8th. All players are paying a $10 fee(included in the entry fee) so that we can use the golf course.
PLAYERS will be playing 2 rounds on the Riverton disc golf course and 1 round using tee times on the temporary course on the golf course.
The A-pool (MPO/ MP40/ FPO/ FP40/ MA1/ MA40 ) will be playing 2 rounds on the disc golf course on Saturday Oct 9 and 1 round using tee times on the temporary course on Sunday October 10th.
The B-Pool (MA2/ MA3/ FA1/ FA40/ FA2/ FA3/ Juniors) will be playing 1 round on the temporary course using tee times on Saturday Oct 9th followed by 2 rounds on the disc golf course on Sunday October 10th)
Prodigy Disc is sponsoring the event. All amateurs will receive a generous player pack from Prodigy disc valued at more than the entry fee. All amateur divisions will be trophy only except for the advanced men who will receive payout for the top 50% in addition to a player pack.
There are 36 sponsored spots in the event. $30 per sponsored hole gets a tee sign with your personal/company info as well as a custom stamped tournament disc. General registration opens on Monday 6/14/21 at 9pm. You must have 3 players in a division, otherwise you might have to switch your division for the event.
