3 persons necessary per division to qualify for a berth.
1st place in each division will be awarded a Berth and the remaining will be allocated to the largest divisions

To help address the sandbagging issues at the Michigan State Championships;
a. For the Am1/Am2/Am3 (including the women) divisions in Featured Events, if there is a player that wins a berth and that player has never had a PDGA membership the Featured Event will deduct from that players payouts $55 to cover the cost of buying them a PDGA membership.
b. If player has an expired PDGA membership $55 of their payout will go to cover to cost of renewing their membership.
c. The remaining dollar amount will be giving to the player in store credit for payouts.
PDGA passed new law that states all players at a B-tier or higher must be a PDGA member.
