About this tournament
Welcome to the First Annual Reindeer Games Invitational at Castle Hayne Disc Golf Course!
Tournament central will be located at picnic shelter one.
Check in starts at 8:00 a.m.
If you have not checked in by 8:30 a.m., your spot will be forfeited.
Player’s Meeting at 8:40 a.m.at Tournament Central which will located at the main parking lot.
Waitlist has priority to fill open spots (i.e. individuals on waitlist, in order of number on waitlist, have priority over walk-ups)
PDGA Live scoring will be used during the tournament & holes will be assigned utilizing live scoring. The Live Score code will be available that morning during check-in.
AM player packs will be Secret Santa style. The players packs will be individually wrapped and each contain unique items! The player pack values will range from $40-$60.
This event is a TROPHY ONLY event for the AM divisions.
A trophy will be awarded to the winner of each division!
Pro divisions will not be receiving players packs as they will be receiving cash payouts.
Pro Payouts will be given to the top 40% in each Pro division.
Schedule & Layouts:
Saturday December 16th
Check-in: 8 a.m - 8:30 a.m.
Players Meeting: 8:40 a.m.
1st Round Shotgun Start: 9:00 a.m.
All pro divisions, MA1, MA2 will be playing Long Pads to Long Baskets.
All other divisions will be playing Alt Pads to Long Baskets.
There will be a 1 hour lunch after the final card is turned in for the first round.
Awards ceremony will follow immediately after the second round.
Payouts to the pro divisions will be done via Paypal after the event!
Refund policy:
Crystal Fussell is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Waitlist payments are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided after December 14th, 2023.
