Tee Times Start at 7am through 1pm. Please check in at least 20 minutes prior to tee time. Anticipate approximately a 3.5 hour round. We have 9 minute splits on tee times so it should flow smoothly!! If all goes as planned, rounds may even take less time. We encourage everyone to remember to help look for lost discs, etc. All divisions should be able to play this layout pretty cleanly. We believe it has be laid out in a way that will be efficient, rewarding and fun!

Players packs may be picked up during sign in.
Trophies and Podium Finisher photos will be done after EACH Division finishes. You are welcome to enjoy some refreshments after your round at Reidy Creek Tavern to cheer on the finishers!

Welcome to the 2022 Reidy Roundup brought to you by Flight Collective!!
Started in 2021, the yearly Reidy Roundup is the brainchild of Ryan Meagher and William Lynch. This is a western themed event for some fun in the sun!
SIGN UP INFO >
• Signup on Disc Golf Scene.com
• All Divisions play 1 round, TEE TIME format
• Signup opens March 14, 2022 @ 8pm
• 100% Pro Payback. We have been able to generate $750 in added cash towards Pro Purse.
EVENT INFO >
• 1 Day, 1 Round, 20 Holes
• PDGA C-Tier Event with Pro & Amateur Divisions. We will not be offering Junior divisions at this event
• SoCal Disc Golf Club Series Event
• Round is walking only.
• Tee Time Format - Tee Times from 7-1
.• Optional Ace Pot will be offered @ $7. It will be split amongst all those that hit ACES! If not hit, the money will be donated to local animal shelter.
• All Players will receive an event sticker
• Amateur Divisions will receive a player’s pack to consist of a Custom tournament Polo Shirt, Custom Legacy tournament stamped disc, event sticker and other misc. swag.
TEE SIGNS / PRO PURSE SPONSORSHIP >
• Tee Sign Sponsorships available at $40/sign or two for $70. Sponsors may keep signs following tournament. Sponsorship proceeds will go towards Pro Purse.
• Pro Purse Cash Donations are always welcome! Depending on donation amount, we can include a banner, etc.
AWARDS >
• Trophy and $ for Pros. Payouts will be done within 2 days after event, electronically. Payout Table will be distributed prior to event.
REIDY CREEK PERMANENT TEE SIGN FUND >
• We are charging $1/player to go towards the Reidy Creek Permanent Tee Sign Fund. Currently we have $233 in the fund, so hopefully after this tournament we will by approximately 50% of the way towards our budget goal to make them a reality!!!
WAITLIST >
• Waitlist fee of $5 is non-refundable.
• Once we send a waitlist invite, you have 36 hours to respond or you will forfeit your spot to the next in line
SO CAL DISC GOLF FEE >
• Non SoCal Disc Golf Club members pay an additional $5 fee
PARKING >
• Reidy Creek – First come, first serve parking lot at golf course. Overflow parking is available across the street at Jesmond Dean park

• Flight Collective will be responsible for all refund / cancellations
• Full refunds (minus service fees) will be given until May 13, 2022
• For all Amateur's Divisions, player pack items will not be refunded after April 20, 2022. We will be able to refund Fees only. Player packs will be bagged and tagged for future pickup.
• Refunds after May 27, 2022 will be 50% (minus service fees)
• No refunds given after June 1, 2022
• $5 Waitlist Fee is non-refundable
