Matt, I unfortunately have to pull out of the tournament last minute. Can you refund? I know it's late so if not that's fine, but I would like to allow someone to pick up my player pack if that's the case. Pls confirm. Thank you! Paul Pacheco

Any idea when I should receive my refund for this? This would open up a spot to someone else once it is complete (I am still appearing on the registered list)

If anyone needs to withdraw and they cannot find the email, they will need to reach out to disc golf scene to have the confirmation email resent.

Hey Paul, that's too bad. Please request the refund through the original confirmation email you received from disc golf scene. That will have the option to withdraw. If no one takes your spot, you get a player pack. If someone does take the spot, you get a refund within 21 days of the event from Next Gen.
