Event moved to September 11th.

Many people have told me that they really enjoy competing in a big field of players with similar PDGA ratings. In BC and Canada, it seems that many players tend to play in divisions above their ratings. Due to the popularity of tournaments and scarcity of spots, this means that higher ranked players in each division may not get the chance to register and/or compete against similarly ranked players. So Ace Runners will be running a series of ratings-based events where registration will be based on your current PDGA rating.

We are sure that many factors have come into play that contribute to the current low registration numbers, but since we did not have enough players to fill up one full 72 player event, we have made the difficult decision to blend the 2 days together and offer the MA1, MA2, MA3 and MA4 ratings groups all on Sunday September 11 which has twice the registration numbers. This is because we do not want to shut down a high traffic course like Raptors Knoll on a Saturday for the whole day with less than a full field. We do understand that some people who originally registered for Saturday will not be able to change their schedule to make it on Sunday and a full refund will be provided to those players.

Ace Runners is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Withdrawals must be submitted through The Disc Golf Scene or withdrawal requests must be emailed to the Tournament Director.

Cancellation prior to 7:00 pm on September 5, 2022: Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee minus a $5 processing fee.

Cancellation on or after 7:00 pm on September 5, 2022: Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled by a waitlisted registrant. If their spot is not filled, they forfeit their entry free and do not receive a refund or player pack disc.

Waitlisted registrants who do not get into the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee.
