Welcome to the Rally in the Valley Presented by Alvord-Polk Inc., organized by Valley Flying Discs!
Please read below more information.
• Date: Saturday, May 17th
• Location: Wiconisco Creek Disc Golf Course
• Check-in: 8-8:45AM
• Round 1 Tee-off time: 9:15AM
• Lunch: Tentative
• Round 2: 45 minutes after last card gets turned in from the 1st round
• Layout: Pool A - Golds ; Pool B - Silvers
• AM player pack: 1 custom disc and 1 custom shirt.
• Added Cash: $150 added cash to the Pro purse!
• Extras: We will have an Ace Pot, a Ace bounty for VFD members, and CTP's.
• Parking: A parking map will be provided before the event


Players will be split into two pools of play, Pool A and Pool B. Pool A will play 2 rounds of the Gold Layout and pool B will play 2 rounds of the Silver Layout. Pools and Layouts are subject to change.
Pool A - All open divisions, MA1, MA2, MA40
Pool B - All remaining divisions

Please note- Pools will be adjusted based off of player sign ups. Final Layouts for each course will be posted no later than 3 weeks before the tournament and may include some adjustments to the basic layout in the form of modified OB/Mandos/Islands.

Divisions with 3 players or less will be combined. Players will be contacted regarding which division they wish to be moved to. A week before the tournament, players will be contacted to make a decision on their choice of division: so that divisions can be set and trophies can be ordered.

Divisional player caps will be adjusted the first week of each month to allow for the maximum amount of players to be let in from the waitlist.

$10 handling fee for both registrants and waitlist players.
15-29 days prior 50% refund if your spot doesn't fill.
14 days prior 25% refund if your spot doesn't fill.
All refunds will be issued following the close of the tournament.
All handling fees will go directly to the pro purse.
Valley Flying Discs is responsible for all refunds.
