Will there be O.B on hole #2 behind fence? Will road on holes #19 and #25 play O.B?

The wood fence will not be OB. The paths will be OB for the most part. I'll try to copy and paste the hole rules from the digital scorecard later tonight.

26 baskets are currently in play. Acerun #10 (plays from middle of normal #7 fairway to across path, near lake) will be in by end of Tuesday. #3 may not move to acerun position until Sunday Morning.
2.5-3 hours if I remember correctly from last time it was set up for league.
