Event is free for all 2023 RCDGA members.
This will be a final bag tag round for 2023 RCDGA bag tags!
Layout to be determined based on amount of participants.
Cash CTP or Cash Longest Putt on EVERY hole.
RCDGA Ace Pots will be in play.
New and renewing members receive 2024 RCDGA bag tag.
This year's event will take place on Saturday, January 6th at Fore Palms, and we'll play an all-in bag tag round using an enhanced layout with over 30 holes similar to the last year. After the dust has settled from round 1, we'll have food trucks in the parking lot to grab some lunch, but the top 12 finishers from the first round will head back out to the course for a Final 9 to decide whose name is going up on the plaque as the 2023 Club Champion.
Here's are some adjustments made for 2024
Over the last twelve months we have been hinting at the possibility that we will have to raise membership dues to keep pace with the cost of what comes with it, none more so than the club shirts. Where we have historically budgeted $10 for member shirts in years past, the reality is that there is not a $10 shirt we can be excited to put our logo on and give to our members. Rather than just slap that inflation tax on you whether you like it or not, we came up with a solution that I hope works for everybody. The new cost of membership is actually decreasing, and it's $15 to renew or $20 to establish, however the shirts are no longer part of that deal. Instead, they will be an optional add-on for $20, and you can choose a black shirt, white shirt, or both if you're like me and want to keep one for the course and another for keeping clean. Unlike years past, we are only doing one shirt order, and the shirt option will close on December 14th at 5:00 pm so I can tally the order and get it off to the vendor in time for delivery on 1/6. If you want a 2024 club shirt, you must register by 12/14.
