About this tournament
Welcome to the 2025 Queen City Gambit! This year marks the 5th year of the QCG and I want to thank all of you for making this one of the larger events in Charlotte. Each year I make tweaks to this event based off of your feedback so I hope like I do every year that this years event is the best one yet.
Pool Assignments and Course Schedules have been posted in the pictures tab. Course layouts will be posted in the pictures tab as well. If you have any questions about these items, please reach out to me directly or via the comments tab.
The Queen City Gambit will remain a B-tier with $750 added cash for Pro divisions. Amateurs will receive a players pack valued at at least $85 plus trophies for top finishers (minimum of 3 competitors per division to receive a trophy). Players pack items are still being worked out but I plan to have a custom event jersey, gift card to the First Run Disc Golf tournament store, and possibly another item.
Please view the schedule of events for the weekend which will include info on how to claim your players pack and redeem your voucher.

Refund policy
F1RST RUN DISC GOLF is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Waitlist deposits are non-refundable. Drops/cancelations within 14 days of the start of the event will receive a full refund IF their spot can ben filled by someone in the same pool on the waitlist. If there is not someone on the waitlist in your pool, you will receive EITHER a 25 % discount or your players pack.
Registrants must be current PDGA members through 2025.

| 8:00am - 8:45am | Round 1 Check-In (ALL PLAYERS MUST BE CHECKED IN AT YOUR COURSE BY 8:45 OR YOUR SPOT WILL BE FORFEITED). |
| 9:00am | Round 1 Start. (A Pool- Nevin, B Pool- Kilborne, C Pool- Eastway, D Pool- Scrapyard) 1.5 hour lunch upon your pools completion of round 1. Round 2 start times will be posted on the PDGA event page and will be pool specific. A Pool- Eastway, B Pool- Nevin, C Pool- Scrapyard, D Pool- Kilborne. |
| 5:00pm - 9:00pm | Players Party. Location TBD. Second opportunity to redeem players pack voucher. |

| 9:30am | Round 3 Start. A Pool- Nevin, B Pool- Eastway, C Pool- Kilborne, D Pool- Scrapyard. Awards to be completed at your 3rd round course. First Run booth will be set up at Eastway until 2pm for those that have not redeemed their players pack voucher (final opportunity). |
