4,4,0,1 Seems like a similar speed to others being allowed! It is a V Roc, not a Roc!

The thinking by having some of the 4 speeds like zone, suspect, a1 and harps are more just as a safety net just in case it’s windy. Bring the vroc with you and let me look at the profile and I’ll let you know.
