About this tournament

The Solstice Soirée disc golf tournament is back as a celebration of the summer solstice and the 40th anniversary of the Pueblo City Park course, one of the oldest courses in the country designed by the father of disc golf, Steady Ed Headrick.

PDGA B-Tier One round of 20 holes each day starting later than normal

Accuracy Course $10 extra competition using Innova Pulsars resembling frisbees used in 1978 with half of accuracy entry fees going to Second Chance Wildlife Rehabilitation, a Pueblo charity

Players Party Saturday evening and 10% off food and beer for competitors at PDub Brewery and Taproom in Pueblo West

Discounted entry fee's for Junior divisions

Women and Junior divisions gets early registration and first pick of discs/colors

Bring the whole family! There's plenty to do surrounding the disc golf course at city park like the Pueblo Zoo, The Rides At City Park amusement park, Tennis Courts, Skateboard Park, Pool, Kids Playground, Horseshoes, Bocce, and Arboretum. Not to mention the adventures to be had outside of city park like the Buell Children's Museum, Nature and Wildlife Discovery Center, Pueblo Motorsports Park and the El Pueblo History Museum. This will be a True Amateur event where all amateur divisions will receive an Innova Innsulated Canteen in their choice of color and a KC Pro Roc disc. The larger Advanced and Intermediate divisions will receive a second disc of their choice and everyone has the opportunity to purchase a second disc or Innova Pulsar frisbee, used by the Major League Ultimate teams around the country. Professional divisions will split the minimum $500 added cash. There must a minimum of three players in each division and TD may consolidate divisions. Only the first 50 amateurs will be guaranteed a players pack.
