Thank you so much to everyone who came out to play today! Congratulations to all our winners in all 6 divisions as well as our 3 ace pool winners. The results are now posted. If you finished in the top two in your division, even in cases of a tie, and were unable to make it to the awards ceremony watch for an email tomorrow regarding receiving your prize.
We're approaching the 5th Anniversary of Half-Moon Lagoon Disc Golf Course's opening! Come out and celebrate the occasion by having cupcakes and participating in a Prodigy PAR2 Event hosted by Disconsin Disc Golf Club!
How It Works
PAR2 is a casual, unsanctioned tournament with nine to eighteen holes 180 feet and under. The goal is to run at aces, card 2’s, and have fun. Whoever scores the lowest round wins. Players must use the provided discs in their players pack for all throws. It is a great way to promote the sport of disc golf, involve all skill levels, and have a great time throughout the year!
Format
Minimum 1 round of 18 holes, to as many you can play in a day, with your lowest score recorded.
PAR2 Replay
A replay is a second, third...round that is $5.00. Players who choose to replay their round will also receive a 3" vinyl commemorative Half-Moon Lagoon 5th Anniversary sticker.
Course Layout
Holes are 180' and under. All holes are Par 2. We will be using the new Half-Moon Lagoon Junior Tees layout with all holes being between 100' and 150' and tee locations marked with a line of bricks.
Entry Fees
Entry fees are standardized at $30 USD. Entry fees include one full round of play and the included Player's Package.
Player Package
The 2021 PAR2 Player's Pack consists of:
P Model S - Custom PAR2 stamp
P Model US - Custom PAR2 stamp
M Model S - Custom PAR2 stamp
BP4
Mask
Microfiber towel
Player's are required to use the discs included in the Player's Package, and only these discs.
Prize Package
The prizes for each PAR2 event are Prodigy Disc full-color discs for winners of each of the 6 divisions with $20 gift cards, along with $20 gift certificates for the runners-up.
Note - PAR2 organizers are responsible for shipping. In the event that Disconsin must cancel the event after purchasing PAR2 packs, we will ship packs to participants.
Refunds will be issued to any player dropping out before June 17th. Players dropping out after that date will receive their player pack and no refund unless another player fills their spot.
