Tee times will begin with 15 min intervals between groups. One round of 18 holes (minimum, possibly more) with a food break at Hole 18 tee.
12:00pm - 6:00pm
Divisional payout will begin when divisions have completed play.
Pros will be paid via paypal.
Ams will receive a coupon code for online payout at dynamicdiscs.com on Monday morning. Be sure to check your email around noon Monday if you cash.

Premier Design is honored to work with Rich and his family to host an amazing day in the mountains!!
Format - 1 round of awesome mountain disc golf (min 18 holes, TBD) with Tee Times!
All Ams will get a $15 coupon code to dynamicdiscs.com as a Players Pack!
Am payout will be online via Dynamic Discs Online payout. All Ams that cash will get an email on Monday morning with a coupon code for dynamicdiscs.com online store plus the $15 players pack.
Example - If you cash, you will get your winning amount plus the $15 players pack amount. If you do not cash, you will still get the $15 players pack amount.
Pro payout will be via PayPal.
Do not delay registering for this event, it will fill up fast!!

I have revised my policy on waitlists, day of registrations, and last minute walk-ups.
Based on the crazy fast way that events are filling, I have no choice but to make some changes that I hope will be fair to everyone.
PLEASE READ THIS COMPLETELY
Waiting List - Waitlists will remain active until 8 pm of the day prior to the event. After 8 pm, the waitlist will be vacated (emptied) and all players on it will be removed and refunded.
The waiting list is there to give players a shot at getting in the event during normal registration times. Once we get to 8 pm the evening before Round 1, things tend to get confusing. This will hopefully clarify procedures and make it easier for players to know exactly what to do.
From that point on, anyone who gets into the event will have to be on site Saturday morning. At that point, it will be first-come, first-served. Check in with me as soon as you arrive. Do not message me and say you are on the way, only face to face arrivals will be put on the "wants in" list.
There will be NO ghost groups and NO five-somes. No exceptions. If you show up on Saturday morning hoping to get in, the only way to get in is if someone in the event does not show up. I will be honest, using these new procedures, the odds of getting in on Saturday morning are not good, but not impossible either.
It will be up to the player to take the necessary steps to get in the event.
