    Early check in and Am player pack pickup at Harmon pavilion beside Hole 7 basket.
    Players may also use text check in and pick up players pack between rounds on Saturday or before tee time on Sunday. Text name and pdga number to 423-367-7334. All players need to either text or check in on site.

    5:30pm - 7:30pm

    Puttapalooza at Harmon Hills Hole 19 fairway.

    6 hole putting layout featuring Hyzer Putt, Turnover Putt, Elevated Putt, Fire Putt, Lighted Hula Hoop Putt, and the super secret putt (you have to play to find out what it is!)

    Entry fee is $5, $4 to purse, $1 set up fee. All divisions cash payout.

    Pro, Adv, Rec, Ladies

    3 putts per station. First 2 putts count as 1 point, putt 3 counts as 3 points. 3 rounds, 18 putts per round, 54 total putts. Perfect score is 90.

    Flex start, 3 players minimum per group.

    Rd 1
    Pool A will play Holes 19-36 (MPO, MP40, MP50, MA1)
    Pool B will play Holes 1-18 (All other divisions)
    PDGA Digital scoring will be used.
    ALL GROUPS will be required to use a paper scorecard as well. Cell service is weak. .
    Digital scoring code is "harmon".

    12:30pm - 1:30pm

    Lunch, 1 hour from last score submitted.
    Check with TD for exact start time.
    Tex Mex food truck will be onsite at house.

    Player gathering at The Shack BBQ and Restricted Airspace (Tim's basement clubhouse behind The Shack).

    12:00pm - 5:00pm

    Awards as your division completes play at Pavilion. Trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd in ALL AM DIVISIONS.
    Playoffs for 1st place in any division will begin as soon as possible. Playoff holes will be - 8, 18, 1, 7. If still tied, continue playing those holes until a winner is decided. Trophy playoffs for any other spot will be decided amongst the involved competitors.

Am Trophy Only event. All Ams will get a players pack valued at $50. Personalized trophies for Top 3 in all Am divisions. Top 5 in divisions with more than 20 players.

THE GOLD LAYOUT IS A VERY, VERY LONG COURSE, PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE SIGNING UP. IT WAS DESIGNED TO CHALLENGE THE BEST. TEE TIMES ON SUNDAY WILL BE SPACED AS FAR APART AS POSSIBLE. EVEN WITH 15 MINS BETWEEN TEE TIMES, PLAY WILL BE SLOW, BASED ON THE DIFFICULTY OF THE COURSE AND THE SKILL LEVEL OF REGISTERED PLAYERS.

The Gold Level course uses holes from all four 9 hole sections of Harmon Hills
(Cavern Hills, holes 1-9)
(Walnut Hills, holes 10-18)
(Black Hills, holes 19-36)
(Emerald Hills, holes 28-36)

Food truck onsite both days featuring Tex Mex cuisine.
Please consider using the truck, food options are scarce.

Food truck will be on site Saturday from 11 am til 3 pm (should easily cover lunchtime)
Food truck will be on site Sunday from noon to 5 pm (for after round munchies!)

The food truck will be plugged into the house at Harmon, so no generator noise!!
They will also stay until the last customer is served both days!!

Campers should swing by for dinner!!
