Flex Start Singles on the Championship Course and Flex Start Doubles on the Wild Times Course. Tee time range is 9:00am to 2:00pm. Must have a groups of 3-4 for singles and 4 for doubles. -

Range for rolling tee times on each course. Players are required to Check in at HQ at least 30 minutes before their tee time and at Hole 1 with their starter at least 20 minutes before their tee time.

How to Qualify
There are two ways to qualify for the Power DGA Championship Series Finale!
1. Event Qualification - Compete in a Power DGA Championship Series Qualifying Event and finish in the top 50% of your division. Qualifying Events will take place between February and June 2025. You can find an event near you here:
2. A/B-Tier Qualification - If you can't find an event near you, you can still receive an invitation! If you finish in the top 25% of divisions in a local PDGA A/B-tier event and send us a photo, we'll send you an invitation to the Finale. You must have an active membership with the Power Disc Golf Academy to receive an invitation this way.
Registration Schedule
May 15, 2025, 7:00pm - 144 spots will be opened to players that have received qualified through a Power DGA Qualifying Event.
July 1, 2025, 7:00pm - 144 additional spots will be opened to players that have received qualified through a Power DGA Qualifying Event or A/B-Tier Qualification.

Professional Net Entry Fee Breakdown
Professional Payout ($75)
$75 per player will be allocated to Professional Payout distributed via PayPal within 48 hours of the end of the event to the PayPal email provided during registration. 100% of Series Fees collected from professional players during the Series will be added to payout and will be equally split between Professional Players.
Amateur Net Entry Fee Breakdown
Amateur Player Pack ($75)
$75 per player is allocated to the player pack. Player Pack details will be released by 5/1/25.
Amateur Payout
100% of Series Fees collected from professional players during the Series will be added to payout and will be equally split between Amateur Players. Amateur Payout in the form of credit to the DGPT Pro Shop (in person or online). Payout vouchers will be distributed by DGPT after the event is complete. Payouts will remain valid until 12/31/2025.
Power Disc Golf Academy Sponsorship
The winner of the MPO, FPO, MA1, and FA1 divisions will receive a 2026 sponsorship contract from the Power Disc Golf Academy. The sponsorship will include entry fee reimbursement for 6 events in 2026!
Trophies
The top 3 players in each division will receive trophies from Bogey Free Club!
MPO Lead Card Post Production
Media coverage of the MPO Lead Card will be provided by Ace Run Pro for each day of competition. Post production coverage will be uploaded to the Ace Run Pro YouTube Channel.

Coverage Sponsorships on Ace Run Pro
Full Screen Ad - Sponsors ad is displayed across the entire screen for up to 30 seconds. This will show 3 times per video for the entire event.
Picture in Picture Ad - Sponsors ad is played during a hole for up to 20 seconds, 3 times per video for the entire event.
Lower 3rd of Screen Ad - Sponsors ad is displayed in lower part of the screen for up to 15, 3 times per round.
Drone Ad - Sponsors ad is displayed during a drone flyover of a hole for up to 20 seconds.
Shoutout - Sponsors logo is displayed on a portion of the screen for up to 12 seconds, twice per round.

Refund policy
This event will not have a waitlist due to travel associated with the event. If a player withdraws from the event, they will receive the following refund depending on when the withdrawal request is submitted:
30 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.
15 to 29 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.
2 to 14 Days Before the Event - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund.
