CTPs will be paid out via PayPal. They will pay 80% to player and 20% donated to charity. CTPs will be pool based and run during round 1 Saturday morning.
“The Imperial Club” is Back! This program allows players to register early. Participants will receive an additional custom-stamped metal mini and exclusive entry into a CTP. The CTP winner receives one free entry into the 2025 Polk County Open. We will send an email out to participants with further CTP details at a later date. Early Registration will begin on March 10th, and will end on March 14th . Don’t miss this opportunity to guarantee a spot in the event. This cost will be an additional $30.00. Please note: This option is non-refundable due to the custom mini order. We are offering early registration to the first 40 entrants only.
One dollar of every entry will be donated to One More Child. In the event of no ace the children win! That's right 100% of the ace pot will go to this years charity if no ace hit.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy Bearded Builder Events Inc. is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All withdraws will be handled in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds. In all applicable areas where a handling fee is noted, Bearded Builder Events reserves the right to retain $5 from each withdraw as a handling fee per PDGA rules DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
