Okay! So here's what information may be missing:
Timeline:
Registration closes the day before the event
Player's Meeting will happen via E-Mail, and a short in-person meeting the morning of the event. I'll adjust the online schedule to reflect.
Player's Pack:
There is no player's pack for this event, but that means AMs get the opportunity for HUGE payouts!!
For example, fees paid must have certain expenses removed for PDGA fees and other items of consideration. It's safe to assume that out of your $40 registration, it's likely that $30 of that registration fee is going STRAIGHT TO PAYOUTS. If your division gets 20 players, that's $600 into the pot for your division! That's around $165 for 1st place!(again, for a division of 20 players).
Payouts:
Top 40% per PDGA payout guidelines.
Plastic Addicts Disc Golf Supplies will be on-site to handle payout vouchers.
Vouchers will be distributed as divisions are completing the event.
Rough estimate of tee-times:
- Round 1 Tee-Off: 9:30am, Rec Side Round Estimate - 2 Hours: Champ Side Round Estimate: 3.5 Hours
-Lunch for Rec Side Players: 11:30am to 12:30pm, subject to change depending on final card.
