About this tournament
The Pittsburgh Flying Disc Open returns in 2023 as a PDGA B-tier tournament including age protected professional divisions and all amateur divisions. Professional divisions will have a total of $750 added cash across all divisions in association with PDGA requirements while all amateur divisions will be trophy only and will be provided a player pack with a minimum value of $50.
This year’s event will be held across three days with tee times and one round played on each day. Everyone will get a chance to play each of the tournament courses, Moraine, Deer Lakes, and Knob Hill. For tee assignments, please see the picture section on this page.
As noted above, this event will be trophy only for amateur players with trophies awarded in all divisions with a minimum of two players as of May 26th. Player packs will have a minimum value of $50. Awards will be handed out on Sunday at your finishing course.
A $5 fee is applied to all registrants for tournament operations but can be discounted by becoming a PFD supporter. Please visit https://dgscene.com/2023_PFD_Tags to become a PFD supporter.

Refund policy
Due to the amount of player packs needing to be ordered in advance, refunds will be processed within the PDGA competition manual requirements.
Refunds requests prior to May 9th, refunds in which the player's spot has been filled by a waitlisted entry, or professional player refunds will receive a full refund.
Refund requests from May 9th to May 23rd will incur a $10 fee.
Refund requests from May 23rd to the close of registration on June 7th will incur a $20 fee.
Refund requests after the close of registration will not be processed and the entry fee will be forfeited.
