Perkerson Park Open MMXXII (PPO2022)
Intown Atlanta Disc Golf Club's Annual Charity Tournament! This year the funds raised during this event will be donated towards the IADGC Hole Sponsorship at Dekalb Memorial Disc Golf Course. (Should open by May 2022)
ENTRY FEES:
MPO = $45 for current PDGA members.
MA1/MA40+/MA2/MA3 = $40 for current PDGA members.
FA1 = $35 for current PDGA members.
There is an extra $10 Fee for all Non-PDGA members. (Required by PDGA)
Mandatory Non-Refundable fee of $8.75 for 2 uniformed APD officers.
Mandatory Non-Refundable fee of $1.92 for 1 National Rental Toilet.
REGISTRATION:
26 spots are available to IADGC members during the EARLY registration period (Jan 30, 2022 at 8pm). All Female competitors can register during the EARLY registration period. Tee Sign Sponsorships can register on Jan 31, 2022 at 8pm EST. Registration will open to the GENERAL public on February 2, 2022 at 8pm EST. (The PDGA only allows for 33% of the field to be reserved for IADGC members)
WAITLIST:
The waitlist will open up after non-age/gender protected divisions are full and will require a NON-REFUNDABLE $5 fee. If you are promoted to the tournament list that $5 will go towards your registration fees. DO NOT ASK TO BE ON WAITLIST. YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE WAITLIST YOURSELF.
DIVISIONS:
6 divisions: MPO, MA1, FA1, MA40+, MA2 & MA3.
All amateur divisions get a modest player's pack. This is a non-traditional, TROPHY ONLY EVENT. MPO will receive no player pack. MPO entry fees go to payout within their division.
OPEN PLAYERS: There is no player pack for MPO. Your entries directly fund the payout in accordance to PDGA regulations. All payouts will be made via PayPal Goods and Services. (The IADGC is a compliant 501c3 organization and is required to make official payouts in this method for 2022)
AMATEUR PLAYERS: Your entry fees directly fund the donation, less expenses. This year the funds raised will be donated towards the IADGC Hole Sponsorship at Dekalb Memorial Disc Golf Course. (Should open by May 2022)
2 ROUNDS OF 18 HOLES:
Pool A = Black Pads: MPO, MA1, MA40+
Pool B = Red Pads: FA1, MA2, MA3
Playoffs will begin on Hole 11 in sudden death fashion; playing Holes 11, 18, 2, 3, 4 on a loop until the tie is broken.
Side Action:
$10 CTP/Ace Pot (Four $2 CTPs and $2 Ace Pot) Per Pool.
$20 side action per Pool with payout to the Top 33%.
CASH ONLY ON THE MORNING OF THE EVENT.
No Raffle.
Baskets will be set in their tournament positions 10 days prior to the event.
