About this tournament

TOURNEY CANCELED !! // ROLLING HILLS advised they are not allowing any gatherings greater than 10 people based on the new guidelines put in place by the government health organization. I have 120 tourney specific player packs pre-purchased for this event so in order not to have to file bankruptcy I am following the PDGA Guidelines put in place to ease some of the major losses being hit by TD's. The 33 players listed on this page will be getting a tourney disc, towel, and weighted mini and it will be shipped to your home address provided to me. Eventhough I will still take a huge financial hit with only 33 players being mailed out the player packs it will ease my financial loss a little. Hopefully when this medical scare has past I will add another event to the calendar so we can all get back to competitive disc golf. A deduction of $23 will be taken from the $$ received from the 33 players to cover the 3 items and the shipping cost. All $$ over $23 will be refunded today // please provide your name and full mailing address and indicate the tourney name and email that information to [email redacted] and your 3 item player pack will be mailed out to you within the next 10 days. Thanks again and be safe !

Refund policy

MOB Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

New Refund Policy Implemented by PDGA that this event is following for refunds and cancellations due to the financial $$ spent on player packs and event prizes by the TD and with the current medical landscape if a player decides to cancel registration or if the tourney is canceled due to PDGA or local government restrictions..

2. For an event where the player pack retail value is less than 100% of the entry fee, the TD has the option to ship the player pack to the player while providing a cash refund for the remaining balance of the entry fee. For example, if a tournament entry fee is $50 and the player pack value is $25, the player would be entitled to a $25 cash refund plus the $25 players pack. If actual shipping costs are more than $10 per package, the Tournament Director will have the option to deduct the shipping cost from the cash portion of the player’s refund and should shipping costs cause the TD to incur a total combined cost for the player pack and shipping that exceeds the player’s entry fee, the TD will have the option to charge those shipping costs to the players. [Amendment J approved temporarily by PDGA Board of Directors on March 12, 2020, will remain in effect for all PDGA events sanctioned as of 3/12/2020, that are taking place between 3/12/2020 and 12/31/2020. This policy will be reviewed, and if deemed necessary, be renewed or modified for events in 2021 no later than 11/1/2020.]
