I was hoping to use this tournament to get my two youngest daughters, middle school age, to start trying disc golf but I don’t think they’ll be back in town. Would you still want adults without the kids entering?

There will be lots of adults playing with and without kids. You are encouraged to join and enjoy so you can go back and tell your daughters how much fun you had.

Is it against any rules to sign up for multiple divisions, at separate times?

It appears that the answer is yes, it is against the rule 2.01 E. The divisions are not distinctly listed to be played on different days on the PDGA calendar.
