All divisions will be playing a combination of the Red & Green Tees on the Red Course as follows:

TEE TIMES:
Flex start; players will choose a card/tee time during registration. Cards of up to 4 players can include players competing in a mix of divisions. All cards must have a minimum of 3 players, 4 players are preferred.

PLAYER CHECK-IN:
Players are required to check-in in the clubhouse at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time to get the PDGA Live Scoring passcode.
Additionally, players are asked to be at the starting hole at least 5 minutes before your scheduled tee-time to make sure scoring is set up properly and no last minute adjustments are needed.

LIVE SCORING:
Scores will be tracked using PDGA Live Scoring available at pdga.com/score or the PDGA Live Scoring App. The passcode will be provided at player check-in. At least 1 player per card must keep score using PDGA Live Scoring, and all players must keep score digitally or on paper. (PDGA live app highly recommended!)

PLAYOFFS:
In the event of a tie for 1st place in any division a sudden death playoff will be played starting on Red hole 1(If both players are present and agree to it). Players will play the 9 hole layout until a winner is decided. (Hole 1-4, 14 - 18)

AM PLAYER PACK:
The first 78 Ams to register will receive a custom dri fit short-sleeve shirt featuring the tournament artwork on the front and back, and 1 additional item. Ams who register after the first 78, will receive a Day Pass card that can be used on a future visit and 1 additional item. Make sure to choose your shirt size during registration if you are among the first 78 to register.

GOLF CARTS:
Golf carts will not be available to players during the tournament round since we don't have enough for all players.

FOOD & DRINK:
Outside alcohol and food are prohibited on the property. Aces BBQ & Grill will be open for lunch, plus the Pro Shop has a variety of snacks and drinks including non-alcoholic and alcoholic options.

As someone who plays here a decent bit, it's usually up to the carrier + phone year you have. I have it pretty much all over the course, at least enough to never drop PDGA Live using the App. But I also have only a one-year old phone (and T-Mobile if that means anything, probably not).
As a side note: I know some who struggle a lot with newer phones and better carriers, but most people get by with the apps ability to continue on with no connection for a bit, and syncing back up after the round. I don't recommend using the browser on your phone.
We second what Chase said. It's rare for people to lose connection to the point where the scoring drops, but it has happened. We would recommend using the PDGA Live App which continues on without connection and will upload data once a connection is restored. We have run many events using PDGA Live Scoring without incident.
