Course is fully marked. Please remember our goal is to make things less ambiguous and not to punish. Looking forward to Sunday!

I found a Star Mamba (pink 169 - no name no number) on 6 today. I’ll drop it off at TC Sunday morning.

Player's Guide email will be out by tomorrow! Can't wait to get this event going. Thanks everyone for signing up!

If you have gotten in off the waitlist, please make sure to pay your entry, Friday morning I will start reaching out to others on the waitlist if there are still any spots left over.

Is the picture attached still the correct pool B layout? Just got the player email and the link says tabs not supported by mobile can only view on web...not sure what that means but I just hot to the course and am hoping to play the correct layout, minus the added baskets of course.

Nevermind apparently I just needed to update Google docs.

Daniel Kitchens   October 31 at 5:44pm

Let me know if you have any other issues. I can probably convert the documents to pdfs, if needed. I'll send a final email on Saturday if there are any needed updates.

That stamp is amazing!!! Hopefully that’s the stamp anyways

I want it in a Findlay version!!

Paige Hurtado   October 31 at 9:51pm

Findlay hat would be sweet! Maybe a small batch to fundraise for the b tier in February

Jon Horgan   November 2 at 4:38am

Count me in on that!

Not sure if anyone has been out there recently but not much of any of the fairways are marked… half the flags are deep in the woods meaning that if people land there it’s inbounds. Gotta have some lines painted or some OB lines established with flags/lines. Would suck to have to put some of the people on the card to make a call in a sanctioned round that doesn’t clearly have an Ob line or multiple flags to reference. At this point benefit to the player will just have to be suf ... more

Appreciate the comment. We’ve been working with parks to identify approved ways to mark the course. We will have it fully marked by Sunday.

How far in advance will the new basket positions be in before the event?

Joe Coulter   October 21 at 7:53pm

Blue Lake only has one basket location per hole (I think). I think the lower divisions will be playing from different teepads, and these have been posted in the pictures sections.

Louis Braafladt   October 22 at 12:51am

Copy that, my wonder is about the "new short pin" that will be in play for AMs and is posted in the picture shown.

Daniel Kitchens   October 22 at 7:02am

Just to clarify, we still have a lot of holes that will play from short pads, but we will also be providing our own set of baskets for holes that require a 2nd! So in the case of holes 2, 10, 15, and 18 will have brand new discatchers out in the short pins. We designed the positions in places that should be out off the way for those playing the long pins.

Any update on the layout for MA2?

I am a little bit surprised that hole 9s teepad will be from the normal area for the lower divisions. It is very overgrown and hard to get over.

Daniel Kitchens   October 22 at 6:59am

So we will in fact be bringing our own set of new dispatchers for all the new temp* pins. This will be for holes 2, 10, 15, and 18. There will also be several short pads used.

Daniel Kitchens   October 22 at 7:01am

Regarding hole 9, we will likely have a drop zone available for those who do go OB in the creek. Just finalizing some things first. There is an area in bounds short of the OB if you feel the need to lay up.

Are ams playing for a player's pack or scrip?

Daniel Kitchens   October 8 at 8:54pm

Amateurs will be playing for player's packs and trophies! More information will be posted soon!

Ty Rooper    October 8 at 3:52pm

Hey is it possible to switch me over to MPO if there is room?

Joe Coulter   October 8 at 4:12pm

Thank goodness!!! Phew

Daniel Kitchens   October 8 at 8:54pm

Shifted you over to MPO, Ty!

Ty Rooper   October 8 at 9:56pm

Thanks Daniel!

When do you expect to have the proposed MA2 layout decided? Would love to get a practice round in.

I hope hole 8s tee pad will be from the short. The long is getting very overgrown.

Doug Morgan   October 8 at 5:25pm

Actually I think its hole 9

Daniel Kitchens   October 8 at 8:55pm

I am hoping to get out there this weekend to finalize a few things. Will update here by weekend's end!
