Great team effort for this one !

Mark Forsyth   March 27, 2023 at 4:07pm

Agree! Great tournament, great courses. Top notch

Chris Hughes    March 26, 2023 at 2:07am

Adriano Rothschild lost his phone somewhere on the course. If anybody grabs a phone they don't recognize, please post something here.

For those of you who played a practice round today, how's the course holding up?

Chris Hughes   March 24, 2023 at 5:09am

Muddy as ****. Prepare for standstills. Bring extra socks between rounds even.

Roger Vartabedian   March 24, 2023 at 2:36pm

So, typical course conditions for this event?

Mark Forsyth   March 25, 2023 at 3:51am

Not as bad as I expected but definitely plenty of mud in the low and shades areas

Isaiah N Oliver    March 21, 2023 at 11:29pm

Is the schedule in the about page accurate for Sunday, the email and the schedule are not aligned for Saturday, but do we know when we will start on Sunday? Thanks for all the hard work.

Andrew Rothschild   March 23, 2023 at 9:02pm

8:30 start time is greatly appreciated. Thanks OCC team!

Mark Forsyth    March 14, 2023 at 7:44pm

which courses are each division playing on Sunday? Sorry if I missed it somewhere I only see playoffs on Bay course mentioned

Scott Riley   March 15, 2023 at 4:39am

Ams Play Hills Sunday am, Pros play Bay.

Roger Vartabedian    March 14, 2023 at 2:57pm

With all the rain that we have taken on in the last few week, with more to come, please tell me you have adjusted the position of a few of the questionable baskets to help with player safety? Playing on the side of a hill that is full of slippery mud is not good for players.

Thanks Roger and David we are moving a basket or two.

Roger Vartabedian   March 14, 2023 at 9:42pm

I appreciate you taking player safety into consideration Wilson. I am referring to the one that David fell on and the one on the Bay course (hole 13 I beleive) that is literally on a hill.

I feel this! I hurt my "plant" knee really bad last year at this event on the temp tee on 18 Bay (foot "stuck" in the temp turf tee, and I ended up spraining my meniscus and missing the final day). It also led to me passing on New Years Classic, and is not worth the risk for Oakland City given this years weather. Be safe and good luck to everyone!

Brian Brown    March 13, 2023 at 11:13pm

Looking forward to playing this tournament again. It's a great course and fun to play. I'm curious when the caddy book will be available. No rush, just wondering. Thanks. I appreciate all the work the team has put in to make this happen.

Waitlisted players who do not get in will get a full refund.

Scott Riley    February 6, 2023 at 8:16pm

Please do not hesitate to sign up for a waitlist spot if your division appears full.
We are looking to fill 90 Pro and 90 AM spots and divisions will be adjusted based on demand.

question marks were supposed to be prayer hand thingys…

Wilson Linker   February 7, 2023 at 1:44am

Thanks Brady. Looks like you are all set Jason. Also we keep as many places open for F divisions as possible, inevitably we will transfer those empty spots to the other divisions. Love the passion Jason, thanks for hanging in there.

Kristine King    January 23, 2023 at 2:19am

$84 for gree fees?! Wow that's excessive

Brady Och   January 23, 2023 at 4:51pm

It is a lot, but it's a fantastic property and the course would take a huge loss if not for the fee.

Wilson Linker   January 23, 2023 at 5:54pm

Thanks Brady.

Roger Vartabedian    January 23, 2023 at 2:00am

What is the $3 TD fee?

Andrew Rothschild   January 23, 2023 at 2:14am

Newly allowed in A.5 of the 2023 Tour Standards, allows TDs to collect a per-player amount equaling the per-player PDGA fee (at most). Basically TDs can get paid a little.

Wilson Linker   January 23, 2023 at 5:47pm

Thanks Andy.
