About this tournament

The Oak Country Club Open Thrice (OCCO), is a 1 day, 1 round singles event at Oak Country Club Golf Course in DeSoto, KS. We will be playing on a temporary course designed by Dick Parker.
When: Oct. 21nd, 2023
Check-in: 8am - 8:45 am
Entry Fee includes: 1 Round of Disc Golf using a golf cart*
$35 of each entry will go towards Green Fees and Administration fees to run the event.
Remaining entry fee goes towards payout in each division. If we get a title sponsor, we will add cash to each payout based on % of entries.
Divisions:
MPO - FPO - MP40 - MP50
MA1 - FA1
Payouts:
Pro Payouts: PayPal or Venmo (Please select which you prefer and what your account is)
Am Payouts: Dynamic Discs KC/KCMO will handle AM payouts. There will be a list at each store where you can redeem your winnings.
Registration opens on Oct. 2nd at 6 pm CST and will remain open until Oct 18th at 8 pm. Full refunds for the event will be available until Sunday Oct 15th, 2023. Refund requests after date/time will be Entry Fee minus $35. We must pay the golf course 1 week before the event, so that money will not be refundable.
This course will be a par 67, Championship Level design. It will follow the actual golf course. So each "golf" hole present will have a disc golf hole designed on it in some way.
Hole and Cart Assignments:
When you register, you will have to pick what hole you want to start on as well as choose a cart (A or B). I would advise that if you want to ride in the same cart as someone else, to sign them up at the same time you sign up to ensure you play with them.
Can you bring your own golf cart?
Yes and No. We have more than enough carts to go around so there will not be a need to bring yours. If you MUST bring your cart, please clear it with the TD asap. I need a good reason to allow it.
How do you sign up for the Afternoon Doubles?

Refund policy
Dick Parker is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds for the event will be available until Oct 15th at 8 pm.. All refund requests after that date will be Entry Fee minus $35. We must pay the golf course 1 week before the event, so that money will not be refundable. Wednesday Oct 18th will be the last day for a partial refund. All requests after Wednesday will be denied.
