If you're registered for the tournament you do not need to register for the Picnic - it's included in your registration.
DISC GOLF TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION
Join us at the 2021 ODW Company Picnic for a Bring-Your-Own-Partner doubles disc golf tournament! Register your team for the tournament and receive a complimentary pass to the Picnic for you and your partner.

The Kan Jam Tournament is day-of registration only!
Tournament Central will be near hole 1 on the west side of the park. We've also reserved the three shelters on the west side of the park, nearest the course, come enjoy the picnic after your round!
BYOP DOUBLES TOURNAMENT
This is a Bring-Your-Own-Partner (BYOP) doubles event. Play in the division of the person with the highest rating on your team. For instance, if you have an MA2 rating and your partner has an MA1 rating, then you must play in at least the MA1 division. For age restricted divisions players play down in division, for example, if one player is MA1 and one player is MA40 then you must play MA1.
Unsanctioned - you're free to consume adult beverages during your round should you choose.
Shotgun Start - Amateur divisions start at 9am and Pro divisions start at 1pm.
Payout - Pro divisions play for cash & trophies and receive a complimentary players pack, Amateur divisions play for trophies and receive a players pack.
Am Players Pack - Event stamped disc, event stamped mini disc, ODW can koozie
Pro Players Pack (complimentary, does not impact payout) - event stamped mini disc, ODW can koozie
Event tee shirts available at a discounted price during registration checkout. They will be more expensive day of event, and very limited quantities.
COURSE SETUP
Modified 18-hole west side course at Rooster Rock. We will not be using the east side. The course includes a warp zone hole, a couple pole holes, and a combo basket hole.
The course will feature a ODW hosted SAFETY HUT, stocked with adult and non-alcoholic beverages for your enjoyment.
Ace Pool available. Ace pool will payout at 100% for any ace hit. Each ace will count as 1 share, so if 1 ace is hit, that player will receive 100% of the pot. If 2 aces are hit by player A and 1 ace by player B, the split is 2/3 to Player A and 1/3 to Player B. If no aces are hit than we will set up a CTP shot and give all Ace Pool participants a throw at it.

Refund policy
Oregon Disc & Wildlife is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refund cancellations (minus $6 handling fee) accepted until midnight 8/14. Cancellation requests received after this date are fully refunded (minus handling fee) if a new team is found to take your place, if no other team can be found to replace yours that you will receive a 50% refund. Teams that cancel or don't show the day of receive no refund. Cancelled teams forfeit all player pack items.
