It says that the general division is full at 50 but the tournament as a whole says its at 50/70. Is the event capped at 50?

It says we will be provided a bonus envy putter on top of the three discs. What plastic will the envy be and will we be able too throw it off the tee (or is it limited to circles 1 & 2)

*Layout is not finalized, the course is still drying up and more holes may be added* For now it’s 1 round with 2 loops on the back 9 (10 holes per loop including hole 9 being divided into 2 holes) + Holy Shot challenge afterwards
