Updated NEO point series. As usually if someone spots a mistake or a problem let me know through discgolfscene.

Thanks for putting on a great tournament. It never rains on a disc golf course!

Joshua Threet    September 13, 2015 at 3:23am

I really want to thank everyone for braving the elements today!! Really shows how strong disc golf is when 52 people will go out in an all day rain and make a tournament a success. Hope to see you all at the Rainy Day Open 2016 next year!!

Costs $5 extra if you don't pay through the site. Do you want me to add you and incur the $5 or can you pre-reg? I think the site has fees of around $2.50 so you save a few bucks.

Open players, where you at?

John Payne    September 9, 2015 at 5:56am

Just for clarification: Registering Rec ($25) without a PDGA number (+$10) on the day of the event (+$5) will be $40, correct?
Junior would be $30 day of ($25+$5), correct?

Greg Garrett   September 8, 2015 at 10:03pm

Correct.

Frank Balog    September 9, 2015 at 5:39am

If you had to guess what time we'll be done, what would you guess? Do we take a big break for lunch? I've got something going on around 5-530, so I'm trying to see if there's a chance I can make it home by 5. Seems like we'll be pushing it....

Greg Garrett   September 8, 2015 at 10:01pm

Id say we would be done by 5. We are trying to get started almost an hour earlier than normal, but its hard to say..

Frank Balog   September 9, 2015 at 9:58am

I'm guessing 27 holes would play in about 3 1/2 hours, which puts us at 12:45. Reseeding takes maybe 1/2 hour to 1:15, 18 more holes at 2 1/2 hours takes us to 3:45 with a half hour for wrap-up to finish up around 4:15 - 4:30?

Joshua Threet   September 9, 2015 at 12:31pm

Last year the weather was rough and it made for a long day. Looks like slight chance of rain. A lot of factors for time such as field size, weather, skill levels etc...We generally do 1 hour after last card is turned in for round 2. As long as you finish both rounds you are eligible for prizes regardless if you hang around and I'll work with you on getting it to you if that's the case.

What T-Pads will everyone be throwing from?

James Nell   September 8, 2015 at 2:33pm

Ok. I was thinking about playing but I've never played in a tournament before but I never play short holes or short tee's.

Joshua Threet   September 8, 2015 at 2:43pm

Int will be mostly longs except 1 short tee to long basket, 12 middle tee, 14 short to short and short tee on 15

Came over from Pittsburgh today with Tom and Adam to practice playing the course before the tourney. The course, as always, is in fantastic condition! Thanks Bruce for all that you do. Couldn't help but notice all of the new trees that have been planted. Great job!
