Reminder folks - we ask that all players check in by 6:30 this evening and there is a mandatory players meeting tonight at 8:30 at the Fireside Grill at the Lexington Hotel.

One item that came up during our planning meeting last night that we wanted to post:
The field is 'set'; In the event there is a withdrawal their spot will go empty and will not be filled. All withdrawals will be refunded entry fee (if paid for by competitor).

Well unfortunately I will not be able to make the trip. I did send an email to [email redacted] asking to be withdrawn. I was told at the regional that if I signed up and had to withdraw late I would be getting the players pack though if I paid for shipping.

Greetings everyone, We are planning to provide everyone with their Zuca cart at check-in. The UPS Store will be onsite on Sunday to coordinate shipping should anyone want to ship their players package/winnings home.
With regards to the format - it will be the same layout as the Memorial Championship and will not be changed between rounds. The Caddybook for that event can be found here: http://memorialchampionship.com/caddie-book/
The cart may be able to fit in the overhead compartment if the wheels are removed.

Good question Jesse, I interpreted the caddy book link to indicate we were playing all 3 courses. Fountain Hills - Memorial Layout all 6 rounds will still be a treat :)

Kolte or Pat, a few questions.
1. When will we pick up the zuca cart? Is it mandatory to get it at the tournament or will zuca ship directly to our address? This would save on checking another bag during the flight home.
2. Never played fountain hills but I see multiple pins. Are we playing to each pin location? Assuming A Friday, B Saturday, C Sunday?
3.Any way to get dimensions of the cart? (to see if it will fit in the overhead as a carry on?)

I believe we are just playing the Fountain hills course. The caddy book he linked was for the Memorial championship, and they don't have the one for this event ready yet.

I got a room at extended stay. 2 beds, my dogs crazy until she knows you. Usually yakes only one ar two meetings but gotta be mindful of her as she is old. 16th - 20th it was 440 I think.

Current unclaimed invites for all but Region 7 will expire this Friday. Additional invites will be sent out after. We are targeting this Friday to announce the DANCE payout.
