Inaugural Neighbor In Need Disc Golf Tournament

The Intown Atlanta Disc Golf Club has partnered with local Atlanta non-profit, Neighbor in Need, to host a charity disc golf tournament. 100% of net proceeds will be donated to Neighbor In Need to help low income elderly living in the East Lake, Kirkwood and Edgewood communities make emergency home repairs. Neighbor in Need is 100% volunteer run so all money raised goes directly into action to assist our seniors.

$1000 has been added to the payout purse thanks to WIzard of Ads!

This tournament is a 2-round tournament.
Player Check-In: 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Player Meeting: 9:35 a.m.
Round 1 Tee off: 9:40
Break - 1 and half hours starting after final card finishes from Round 1
Round 2 Tee off: 1:30 (estimated)

Disc Golf Clinic
Martin Young from Prodigy Disc will be hosting a disc golf clinic between rounds 1 and 2 (around 12/1). This clinic is open to the players and the general public FOR FREE!

On Site Vendors
Monday Night Brewing will be on site serving beers for players (1 drink ticket included in player packs, must be 21+). They will be accepting donations for pours, with proceeds going to Neighbor In Need

Bob and Harriet's Home Bar will be serving breakfast sandwiches in the AM and Pulled Pork & Grilled Cheese sandwiches with sides

Neighbor In Need will be hosting a concessions booth with beverages and snacks!

Prodigy Disc will have a booth setup with discs and disc golf goods for sale!

Eastside Cornhole League will be hosting casual cornhole play and a cornhole tournament during the event

Early Registration
Early Registration will open to Woman and Junior Divisions. Additionally, Mixed division that choose the Hole Sponsor add-on will also be able to sign up for early registration

Sponsorship Opportunities
We have 4 sponsor options available:
Hole Sponsor - $100 - Sponsor sign will be placed at assigned tee with provided logo
Silver Sponsor - $250 - Includes one player pack and or player entry (if desired)
Gold Sponsor - $500 - Name on event banner, Name on Social Post, Name on Reusable Drinking Cup, 2 player packs and or entry.
Platinum Sponsor - $1000+ - Name on event banner, Name on Social Post, Name on Reusable Drinking Cup, 4 player packs and or entry.

Additionally, all sponsors will be included in the official player caddy book and a shirt if they'd like!
Sponsors that have multiple player entries will be contacted to get the player details to add to the registration.

Sponsors can register under General Entry or can add sponsor levels to their player registration.

Sponsor Registration Guide
To sign up as a sponsor:
1. Navigate to Register
2. Enter business name, email and phone number (provide your name if this will be a sponsoring player entry, we will confirm business name after registering)
3. Select your sponsorship via the following options

- Select the General Entry sponsor level you'd like to support under the 'Division' drop down
- PDGA number is not required for sponsor only, only DGS/Paypal handling fees apply (non non-PDGA member fee)

- Select the sponsor option(s) you'd like to support under 'Sponsor/Player' dropdown
4. Select your shirt size
5. Select 'Continue' to PayPal and follow steps finalize checkout

Each AM player will received the following:
(1) F7 Fairway Driver from Prodigy Disc Golf Disc with tournament logo stamp (Light weight options will be available)
(1) Mini Disc
(1) Event T-shirt (Athletic/Performance Shirt)
(1) Reusable Event Cup with Event Logo
(1) Drink tickets for on-site service from Neighbor In Need's beer sponsor (Alcohol for
21+, non-alcoholic for minor/sober player)

AM TROPHY/PAYOUT
All divisions with a minimum of 5 players will be eligible for a Trophy Payout.
1st place - $120 Prodigy Disc Gift Card
2nd place - $80 Prodigy Disc Gift Card
3rd place - $40Prodigy Disc Gift Card

Pro Division Payout
Pro players will be paid out 85% Divisional Net entry fees + $600 added cash to the top 40% of their division (minimum 3 players for added cash)

Intown Atlanta Disc Golf Club Inc is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
