Team Requirements & Important Details
- Teams consist of 4 players. Teams must have at least 3 players to field a team. If a team only has 3 players, there will be no extra throws permitted to account for the missing player. The missing player's singles score will be the worst score +2 strokes during the singles round on the course a player was missing from.

- Teams may not have a combined player rating higher than 3,760. This is an average player rating of 940 or below. Any player without a rating will be given an assumed rating of 940.

- All players will be competing in the Open division. This means that there will be no amateur points awarded.

- All team members must be affiliated with each other in some fashion. (examples: disc golf club, work together, live in same city, attend the same school or university, etc...)

- All teams must compete in a team jersey. Team shirts should be the same color, and preferably the same style & design. Teams are responsible for providing their own team jerseys.

- All team names MUST be appropriate for all ages and demographics as results will be published. If you register a team name that is deemed to be inappropriate by the event staff, we WILL rename your team for you.

- Teams will compete for a payout provided to top finishers. Professionals will accept cash, and amateurs will accept merchandise vouchers to the IDGC Pro Shop.

- Registration opens on June 2, 2020 at 8 PM, and will open to the first 36 registered teams.

- The Ace Pool is $10 per player. The Ace Pool is available on an individual basis, so all players on the team don't have to enter the Ace Pool, but are highly encouraged to do so. If no aces are hit during competition, the Ace Pool will be split, then donated to The Magnolia Open and No Bogey's at Boyd Pond.

Ratings Cap
The team ratings cap is set at 3,760 or an average of 940 rating points per player. We realize that player ratings are changing monthly, so please read each item below for the rating policy specific to this event. We will be checking the total team player rating as teams register.

- Player ratings will be determined based on the July 14th and August 11th ratings updates.

- If you register prior to July 14th, your team's total player rating will be calculated following the July 14th ratings update. If your team goes over the rating cap, you will be contacted.

- Once your team is registered, following the July 14th ratings update, your team's total player rating will be locked in. This means that if a team's total player rating rises above the cap following the August ratings update, your team is still eligible.

- If your team is not registered prior to the ratings update on August 11th, your total team player rating will be determined based on the August 11th ratings update.

- If a player does not have a PDGA rating during the time of registration due to being a new or non-PDGA member, they will assume a player rating of 940. If the player gains a PDGA rating prior to the event, the new player rating will be used, regardless of whether the team has already locked in their total team rating. (This only applies to people who have never had a PDGA rating before.)

- If you are not a current PDGA member, and have a previously established rating, but do not know what it is, contact the event staff, and we can look it up for you.
