"Last year, your incredible support helped us donate $4,500 to the EDGE Program – just $1,500 short of our goal! We could have easily turned to a local business for sponsorship, but this is about something bigger; showing our community what disc golfers can achieve through 100% crowd-funded initiatives. Thank you, disc golf family!"
"We're only $1,500 away from bringing the EDGE Course Package to North Natchez Park! Every dollar you spend at this event will help us reach our goal and provide a much-needed resource for our community. Once our goal is met, excess funding will be used on course improvements at Duncan Park (additional tees and sleeves). Let's make it happen!"

PRO: cash payout for all pro divisions distributed via PayPal.
AM: pre-selected payouts.

Natchez Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
REFUND POLICY
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event prior to (or on) October 15th, 2023 will receive a 100% refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between October 16th and November 1st, 2024 will receive a 100% refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between November 2nd and November 7th, 2024 will receive a 100% refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after November 8th, 2023 (which is our drop date) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack. Tee assignments and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule.
