NPDGA Options Driven by Innova, 2020 BCB Open Fundraiser

We are still hosting this event.
We have also spoken with Brooke Hills Park Management about our course of action in hosting this event & they have given the OK to continue with the event.
We have spoken with our local Health department & they had no issue with the amount of people we intend on seeing at this event because people will intermittently arrive, play, and leave; at no time during the event will there be a gathering of 10 or more people. They said they could not tell us "No, don't do it". There only concern was that we are asking people to leave thier homes.

ATTENTION!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND STAY SAFE!
-1st & fore most, if you have a comprised immune system or any underlying health conditions, DO NOT ATTEND PLEASE!
-Please provide your own food & drink, DO NOT SHARE!
-Avoid Physical contact between players & maintain a distance of 6 feet or more from each other.
-Retrieve your own disc, dont handle others discs.

ADDITIONALLY:
To avoid any mass gathering & potential spread of Corona the additional measures are also being taken:
There will NOT be an In-person players meeting. The players meeting will be a Video posted on this event page, address any questions during Check-in.
-During Registration & Check-in players are asked to do the following:
~wear gloves provided until your check-in is completed.
~maintain a distance of no less then 6 feet from each other & staff at all times.
~After this you are finished checking in, play your provisional Ace Pot shot(details below), find 2 other players, yes a total of 3 players per card reguardless of division; & begin play on Hole 1, after completion turn in your scorecard & have a safe trip home!
-There will NOT be an In-person Payout Ceremony.
Payouts will be done as a video posted on this page & all payments will be sent via PayPal.
