NOVA MVP Circuit Challenge at Lake Ridge, presented by Waters End Brewery
Part of MVP Circuit Challenge 2022
About this tournament
Welcome to the MVP Circuit Challenge 2022! We'll be having a brief putting contest, and distance contest, then playing one loop to the orange pins and one loop to the blue pins. In a Circuit Challenge, you get three new discs (putter, mid, driver) and you play the event with only those three discs.
The featured discs will be an Axiom Rhythm, a Streamline Echo, and an MVP Atom.

Circuit Challenge Competitions
Putting Challenge: MVP Atom
4 stations, 15’, 20’, 25’, 30’
Each player gets three putts at each station. Putt once, retrieve your putter, move to the next station. Complete the loop three times.
15’ and 20’ are worth 1 point
25’ is worth 2 points
30’ is worth 3 points
The three players with the most points will each win a prize disc.
Hole 6 Distance Challenge: Steamline Echo
Each player gets two throws. Every player in the group throws, then walks to retrieve. There will be a flag for each division, the furthest thrower writes their name on the card with their division flag and marks their lie. Then everyone returns to the tee and throws their second shot. Mark the lie for the longest throw in each division.
The longest shot in each division will win a prize disc.
Hole 4 Distance Challenge: Axiom Rhythm
Each player gets two throws. Every player in the group throws, then walks to retrieve. There will be a flag for each division, the furthest thrower writes their name on the card with their division flag and marks their lie. Then everyone returns to the tee and throws their second shot. Mark the lie for the longest throw in each division.
For the purposes of the distance challenges, bunkers and golf greens are in play, though I’d appreciate it if everyone tried their best to avoid the greens.
The longest shot in each division will win a prize disc.
Shotgun Round
After the competitions, return to tournament central to get your starting hole assignments, then we’ll begin the shotgun round. Play one loop to orange pins, then one loop to blue pins.
The winner of the round in each division will win a watermelon Axiom Paradox, and one additional prize disc. The 2nd place finishers in Silver, Bronze and Steel, and the 3rd place finishers in Bronze and Steel, will each win a prize disc.
The featured discs will be an Axiom Rhythm, a Streamline Echo, and an MVP Atom.
