Check In begins. MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING - DO NOT congregate in groups. For those receiving your players pack today, you can get them at any time during the event starting at this time, but avoid bunching up to get them all at once. Your starting holes will be posted at https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/45412 - Please make your way to your hole to maintain distancing - NO players meeting. Utilize the PDGA scoring website on your phone or grab a paper card if no one on your card is able to get online. Details for the scoring website will be posted by the players packs. If you have questions, contact the TD (Tommy).
9:00am - 9:20am
Everyone should be at your hole by no later than 9:20. If players are missing on your card and you have less than three people, contact the TD or just split up evenly to a nearby card. Make sure the players list on the online scoring is correct BEFORE tee time (you may need to logout/back in if you started the scoring before any player changes happened). If there are any glitches or doubt, just use a paper card and let the TD know.
9:30am - 12:00pm
Round 1 - Short tees to current basket position - Keep your distance from other players and do not touch another players discs or items.
12:00pm - 1:00pm
Lunch Break (approximate - 1 hour from last card)
1:15pm - 4:00pm
Round 2 - Long tees to same basket position (approximate - Your round two holes will be posted on the PDGA event page during lunch and the tee time will be updated here)

Update to players pack - if you registered after 7/25/20 you will receive everything but the backpack , and you will receive discs and a hat instead of the back pack . Sorry for the replacement , it is due to COVID shipping issues.
Pin positions: Hole 1 white (longest), holes 2-5 blue (long), holes 6-7 red (according to the tee sign), 8-9 blue (long), holes 10-17 red (short), hole 18 blue (long)

Invitations are based upon divisional participation:
3 or less --> Winner only qualifies
3-10 --> Top 2 qualify
11-20 --> Top 3 qualify
21-30 --> Top 4 qualify
31 + --> Top 5 qualify
Per player course fees, when necessary, may be collected onsite or online, so long as its communicated clearly.
