Based on PDGA guidelines, shouldn't the refund be 100% - $10 fee? Here's rule 1.03 paragraph E:
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). ... more

Registered pro, Play pro 40, but rating is below 935. Verifying that i can register in am40 based on pdga 2.04 ‘pros playing am’.

As long as your rating doesn’t go above the 935 suggestion before the event then you are more than welcome to register for Am40 in this event

NADGT Exclusive events only have the listed divisions as point/spot earners for the AM Championships. He can add divisions though that don't earn you points/invites. I added Novice divisions to mine. Micah might be able to accomodate.
