WEATHER DELAYS
More tee times
1st MA2 group tees at 11:12am
12 minute intervals after that for the rest of round 1, so last MA2 group tees at 12:48pm
MA3 tees at 1:00pm
Sorry for the delay!!
1st card is about to start at 9:20 am
2nd 9:34
3rd 9:48
4th 10:02
5th 10:16
6th 10:30
7th 10:44
8th 10:58
After that it is TBA. We will likely shorten the time intervals.
Stay tuned to this page.
We will be doing assigned tee times, starting at 7:30am.
There will NOT be a shuffle of players after round 1, you will play with the same 4-some both rounds.
All divisions will play short tee-boxes for both rounds (it is still a long course with lots of walking, even from the shorts).
These tee times per division are still APPROXIMATE, but should give you a fairly good idea of the range in which you may start. They could still shift a little bit, but probably not much. Final tee times for each card will be posted a day or two prior to the tournament on the PDGA event/results page.
Round 1
7:30am - first tee time for MA1
8:40am - first tee time for MA40
9:08am - first tee time for MA50 & FA3
9:36am - first tee time for MA2
11:28am - first tee time for MA3
If the first round takes 3 hours then you should have about 1 ½ hours for lunch. You will definitely get at least 1 hour but we hope it will be more in the range of 1 ¼ - 1 ¾ hours. That way you’ll have a chance to get a bite to eat plus take a break from the heat before heading back out into it.
Remember, there will NOT be a shuffle of players after round 1, you will play with the same 4-some both rounds.
ASSUMING things run on schedule, these would be the APPROXIMATE tee times for round 2:
noon - first tee time for MA1
1:10pm - first tee time for MA40
1:38pm - first tee time for MA50 & FA3
2:06pm - first tee time for MA2
3:58pm - first tee time for MA3

As many of you probably know, the City of Austin still has not re-opened most park amenities, including disc golf. We really don’t know if they will open things up soon or not, and even if they do open the courses we don’t know what restrictions they might put in place.
Due to these uncertainties, Waterloo Disc Golf Club has changed the location of the event to the Met Center. The date will remain the same (Sat. Aug. 22nd). And in case you hadn’t heard the news yet, the Met Center will be one of the courses used during the National Finals in late October.
We will be doing assigned tee times, starting at 7:30am.
In keeping with local and PDGA guidelines:
Group size limited to 4 players
No caddies and no spectators allowed
There will NOT be a shuffle of players after round 1, you will play with the same 4-some both rounds
We will do all scoring and results online
Player’s Meeting will be by video and/or with documents made available online
There will be no awards ceremony at the end
We apologize because we know this is not how you normally want to play an event, and it is definitely not how we normally want to run one; but our goal is to have a good tournament while keeping in mind the safety and health of everyone involved.
