Will registration open, at least for a wait list again for the July date?
Chip Frink March 28, 2020 at 2:56am
Tomorrow A.M. there should be !44 disc golfers at Browns and Bows Disc Golf Courses for an Innaugural NADGT event. I am hugely disappointed that this event will not be happening tomorrow. I look forward to seeing all of you at our rescheduled event on Sat, July 11th at Browns!
Can I get a refund please. I cannot make the new date. Let me know. Thank you.

Jett Livingston March 27, 2020 at 12:52am
Are we still allowed to come up Friday or Saturday and play?
Chip Frink March 17, 2020 at 9:49pm
I am communicating regularly with Dave Feldberg, just got off the phone again, and we are working thru this. It is very fluid situation. Once i have more information we will be able to make better decisions re refunds.

I’m thankful for a follow up with everything going on. Let’s hope all this ends soon so we can continue to rip some plastic and have a good time.
I already took time off for the new date! I’m hoping to pick up my players pack this weekend. Stoked to see the course !
Chip Frink March 17, 2020 at 5:13pm
We are postponing the event until a date is determined, probably mid July
Chip, this is obviously a bummer. Will you be open for play that Saturday instead? What about Friday open play?
Chip Frink March 17, 2020 at 5:03pm
since PDGA has suspended their sanctioning, we are working on running the event as non sanctioned, stay tuned for more details
Steven Morton March 17, 2020 at 4:07pm
How does the PDGA's suspension of sanctioning events impact this event? Are you still going to run it if it isn't a sanctioned event?
We are working on postponing until mid July, too many working parts and unknown repercussions
Jeremy Cole March 17, 2020 at 3:58pm
Please remove me from the tournament and process my refund - thank you
I wont remove any reg or waitlisted players at this time unless you are certain you wont be able to attend. We are using PDGA guidlines from this
sounds good thanks Chip hopefully we can play after all this is done

In order to comply with CDC and POTUS recommendations we will change the format from shotgun start to tee times. (no group larger than 4somes, maybe some 5s) I will have them done in the next couple of days, and they will be posted here (DGS) and on PDGA website. Thanks for your patience and understanding. I am processing any WDs as soon as I receive them.
Thanks for keeping such a close eye on this, Chip. I am confident that whatever decision BnB and the NADGT makes, with regards to this tournament, will be arrived at after careful consideration. You guys rock. I just want to play disc golf!
as do we all Daniel!! Im working on tee times right now, they will be posted by later today
Btw after a breather, as in tomorrow, Imma posting your tee times that are done! we gonna have a ****in big party in July

YES Charter Academy (Oregon House Ca.) is trying to put a disk golf course on our 10 acre campus for the kids to use during PE and recess and fundraising events. Gregg Barsby and his father John have helped us plot the course. Is it possible we could set up a booth at the tournament to let the Disk Golf community know what we are trying to do? We are looking for a few sponsors to help us purchase the course and install it for the next school year.
thanks we have postponed the event until Sat July 11th. I will have Mark contact you, do you have email, easier method for him
Todd Williams March 16, 2020 at 6:15am

Chip Frink March 16, 2020 at 4:45am
FYI, please check the updated reg list, there have been several withdrawals for various reasons. If someone in your division wds you will be promoted automatically and will receive an email regarding your updated registration. if there are none on the w/l in your division I use the date of your reg to promote the next player. Tell your friends who are on the waiting list for info.
Chip Frink March 15, 2020 at 5:35am
Mark Brown, owner of Browns and Bows, is fully intending, along with myself and other tournament staff, to hold the tournament as scheduled. He will be providing all attendees a certified N95 facemask and pair of rubber gloves, we will also have hand sanitizer and hand soap widely available for all players and staff.
Further updates will be posted here
Thanks.

As wait-list #3 for MA2, do I have a shot to get in the tournament?
we still have two weeks and there is a lot of uncertainty in peoples mind under our current nat'l health crisis. I will accept and process withdrawals until Friday 3/27. If there are WDs in your division you automatically be promoted the official reg list. Still wait and see at this time, not unlike any wait list situation.

Tournament Directors,
We have been keeping a close eye on the Coronavirus during these difficult times in our World. The NADGT will not be canceling our tour or any events. There may be an exception or two where a quarantined community may not allow public gatherings , in those few cases we will offer refunds based on the new PDGA policy and reschedule those events for later in the year.
99% of our events are less than a 100 players.
Our events are outdoors.
Our events are local B an ...

Hey there Mark, been a while, yes I will open reg for a wait list in the next week or so.
Is anyone else able to get on the waitlist? I'm not seeing this option.
I have not reopened wait list as of yet, Stay tuned Markham, Ive been following the CA govt directives re sporting events, Phase 3. Looks like it could be early June. When that happens, our event sanctioning will be reinstated and that is when I will reopen waitlist.
Waitlist reopening Thursday June 11th at 8:00 a.m.
