Refund policy
Poppy Series is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Please Contact Angela for all withdrawals. Send a message on DGS and or to [email redacted].
Players requesting a withdraw will receive a full refund up to May 26th. Anyone withdrawing after the 26th will receive 25% cash to Pro players, and a players pack for AMs.
As of now the course will not be closed to the public. If enough register, I will be closing the course and an additional fee for Parks and Rec will be deducted from the registration (in other words the players pack and payouts will be smaller).
$3 from every player will be paid as series fees.
Players packs will vary depending on the amount of registered players. In the event that a players pack is not worth 25% of the players fee, 25% cash will be refunded after May 26th.
